BRIAN AIKEN MUSIC

Born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, Brian Aiken’s love of music started at an early age. He remembers picking up his dad’s old acoustic guitar at the age of six, then seriously focusing on the electric bass by the time he was twelve. His vast interest in music led him to Columbia College Chicago where he earned a B.A. in Audio Arts. After college, he took an opportunity to work in the Pro-Audio industry but continued to maintain his focus on music. While performing with various bands in the live music scene today, he is also writing and producing instrumental tracks in his personal studio in Chicago’s western suburbs where he lives with his wife and their two children.  His dad’s old acoustic guitar now hangs in their house welcoming any to play, ready to inspire the next.
